Last year most property sales in Patchway involved flats which sold for on average £181,006. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £219,793, while semi-detached properties fetched £240,294.
Patchway, with an overall average price of £216,258, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Little Stoke (£218,190), but was cheaper than Filton (£236,516) and Brentry (£241,264).
During the last year, sold prices in Patchway were 6% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2014 when the average house price was £189,210.
