Last year most property sales in Pelsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £135,898. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £126,413, while detached properties fetched £234,746.
Pelsall, with an overall average price of £154,768 was more expensive than nearby Bloxwich (£140,176) and Brownhills (£141,428), but was cheaper than Walsall Wood (£163,925).
During the last year, sold prices in Pelsall were 3% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £158,468.
