Last year most property sales in Pelsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £137,883. Detached properties sold for an average price of £212,889, while terraced properties fetched £122,192.
Pelsall, with an overall average price of £151,090, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bloxwich (£144,305) and Brownhills (£149,693), but was cheaper than Walsall Wood (£167,339).
During the last year, sold prices in Pelsall were similar to the previous year and 5% down on 2007 when the average house price was £158,468.
