Last year most property sales in Pelsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £140,667. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £127,206, while detached properties fetched £242,379.
Pelsall, with an overall average price of £158,642, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Walsall Wood (£163,717), but was more expensive than Bloxwich (£141,579) and Brownhills (£143,631).
During the last year, sold prices in Pelsall were 7% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £158,468.
