Most of the sales in Pembroke over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £190,854. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £144,023 and semi-detached properties averaged at £137,942.
Pembroke, with an overall average price of £162,609 was more expensive than nearby Pembroke Dock (£124,999), but was cheaper than Cosheston (£198,215) and Freshwater East (£305,400).
In the past year house prices in Pembroke were 3% up on the year before and 8% down on 2007 when they averaged at £176,665.
