Pitton, with an overall average price of £453,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Middle Winterslow (£454,242), but was more expensive than Woodford (£262,225) and Firsdown (£358,222).
During the last year, sold prices in Pitton were 35% up on the previous year and 10% down on 2010 when the average house price was £505,000.
