Last year most property sales in Poringland involved detached properties which sold for on average £336,120. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £238,226, while terraced properties fetched £192,033.
Poringland, with an overall average price of £288,046, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brooke (£287,062), but was cheaper than Stoke Holy Cross (£334,082) and Trowse (£378,410).
During the last year, sold prices in Poringland were 11% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2014 when the average house price was £230,424.
