Last year most property sales in Putney involved flats which sold for on average £591,272. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £964,799, while semi-detached properties fetched £1,464,400.
Putney, with an overall average price of £745,076, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Putney Heath (£716,945) and East Putney (£737,857), but was more expensive than Roehampton (£698,804).
During the last year, sold prices in Putney were 8% up on the previous year and 9% up on 2014 when the average house price was £681,647.
