Most of the sales in Quainton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £503,750. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £449,600 and semi-detached properties averaged at £372,000.
Quainton, with an overall average price of £435,222 was more expensive than nearby Waddesdon (£274,403), Whitchurch (£354,958) and Steeple Claydon (£296,561).
