Most of the sales in Queensbury over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £97,247. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £144,147 and detached properties averaged at £224,883.
Queensbury, with an overall average price of £146,994 was more expensive than nearby Clayton (£131,050) and Thornton (£124,487), but was cheaper than Shelf (£173,252).
In the past year house prices in Queensbury were 5% down on the year before and 6% down on 2013 when they averaged at £155,698.
