Most of the sales in Queensbury over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £471,821. Flats had an average sold price of £327,313 and semi-detached properties averaged at £530,893.
Queensbury, with an overall average price of £445,316 was cheaper than nearby Canons Park (£485,993), Belmont (£495,339) and Stanmore (£631,147).
In the past year house prices in Queensbury were 14% up on the year before and 29% up on 2014 when they averaged at £345,554.
