The majority of sales in Radyr during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £372,127. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £275,530, with flats fetching £155,260.
Radyr, with an overall average price of £287,028, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Morganstown (£283,525), but was more expensive than Tongwynlais (£205,638) and Whitchurch (£264,169).
Overall sold prices in Radyr over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2005 level of £289,457.
