Last year most property sales in Rayners Lane involved terraced properties which sold for on average £480,600. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £517,268, while flats fetched £279,918.
Rayners Lane, with an overall average price of £466,565 was more expensive than nearby South Harrow (£417,381) and West Harrow (£441,371), but was cheaper than North Harrow (£510,206).
During the last year, sold prices in Rayners Lane were 5% up on the previous year and 30% up on 2014 when the average house price was £359,341.
