Last year most property sales in Redruth involved terraced properties which sold for on average £143,207. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £188,975, while detached properties fetched £206,637.
Redruth, with an overall average price of £164,911, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Camborne (£160,179), but was cheaper than Illogan (£201,239) and Portreath (£269,067).
During the last year, sold prices in Redruth were similar to the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £167,161.
