Most of the sales in Ridgacre over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £185,686. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £155,785 and detached properties averaged at £256,612.
Ridgacre, with an overall average price of £178,178, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Birmingham (£185,184) and Halesowen (£179,144), but was cheaper than Harborne (£267,032).
In the past year house prices in Ridgacre were 8% up on the year before and 16% up on 2014 when they averaged at £153,993.
