Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £202,093. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £387,597 and terraced properties averaged at £319,375.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £307,996, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romford (£297,751) and Collier Row (£300,325), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£359,443).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were 16% up on the year before and 18% up on 2013 when they averaged at £260,217.
