Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £178,892. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £328,980 and terraced properties averaged at £285,980.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £270,266 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£256,422) and Collier Row (£255,075), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£318,384).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were similar to the year before and 14% up on 2007 when they averaged at £237,278.
