Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £206,256. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £405,114 and terraced properties averaged at £331,939.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £319,643, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romford (£303,806) and Collier Row (£306,424), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£373,592).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were 16% up on the year before and 23% up on 2013 when they averaged at £260,217.
