Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £185,606. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £340,514 and terraced properties averaged at £291,408.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £273,726, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romford (£262,773) and Collier Row (£267,563), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£327,087).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were similar to the year before and 15% up on 2007 when they averaged at £237,278.
