Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £184,140. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £340,549 and terraced properties averaged at £290,832.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £272,384, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romford (£260,925) and Collier Row (£263,779), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£324,622).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were similar to the year before and 15% up on 2007 when they averaged at £237,278.
