Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £194,527. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £379,278 and terraced properties averaged at £306,830.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £300,840, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romford (£288,530) and Collier Row (£289,196), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£351,827).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were 15% up on the year before and 16% up on 2013 when they averaged at £260,217.
