Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were flats which on average sold for £236,972. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £422,164 and terraced properties averaged at £378,326.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £319,575 was cheaper than nearby Marshalls Park (£406,950), Romford (£340,259) and Mawneys (£339,460).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were 3% up on the year before and 20% up on 2014 when they averaged at £266,089.
