Last year most property sales in Rowley Regis involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £144,380. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £124,135, while detached properties fetched £233,962.
Rowley Regis, with an overall average price of £153,475, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Oldbury (£158,315), Cradley Heath (£156,604) and Tividale (£152,582).
