Last year most property sales in Rowley Regis involved terraced properties which sold for on average £117,634. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £133,187, while detached properties fetched £193,491.
Rowley Regis, with an overall average price of £135,921, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Oldbury (£142,169) and Tividale (£135,750), but was cheaper than Cradley Heath (£143,051).
During the last year, sold prices in Rowley Regis were 13% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2007 when the average house price was £125,584.
