Last year most property sales in Ruislip involved terraced properties which sold for on average £467,317. Flats sold for an average price of £325,951, while semi-detached properties fetched £543,433.
Ruislip, with an overall average price of £477,484, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ruislip Manor (£457,952), but was more expensive than Ruislip Gardens (£448,442) and cheaper than Eastcote Village (£519,212).
During the last year, sold prices in Ruislip were 12% up on the previous year and 37% up on 2013 when the average house price was £347,881.
