Last year most property sales in Ruislip involved terraced properties which sold for on average £443,544. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £513,285, while flats fetched £304,253.
Ruislip, with an overall average price of £457,900, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ruislip Manor (£437,597), but was more expensive than Ruislip Gardens (£419,597) and cheaper than Eastcote Village (£501,952).
During the last year, sold prices in Ruislip were 14% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2013 when the average house price was £348,038.
