Last year most property sales in Ruislip involved terraced properties which sold for on average £459,395. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £528,702, while flats fetched £316,171.
Ruislip, with an overall average price of £468,478, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ruislip Manor (£447,613), but was more expensive than Ruislip Gardens (£432,603) and cheaper than Eastcote Village (£509,802).
During the last year, sold prices in Ruislip were 13% up on the previous year and 35% up on 2013 when the average house price was £348,038.
