Last year most property sales in Saltaire involved terraced properties which sold for on average £145,830. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £212,598, while flats fetched £122,029.
Saltaire, with an overall average price of £162,452, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cottingley (£164,242), but was more expensive than Shipley (£141,298) and cheaper than Baildon (£195,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Saltaire were 4% up on the previous year and 5% down on 2007 when the average house price was £171,146.
