Last year most property sales in Saltaire involved terraced properties which sold for on average £150,839. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £185,752, while flats fetched £121,648.
Saltaire, with an overall average price of £165,985 was more expensive than nearby Shipley (£144,413) and Cottingley (£148,383), but was cheaper than Baildon (£209,830).
During the last year, sold prices in Saltaire were similar to the previous year and 7% down on 2007 when the average house price was £178,068.
