The majority of sales in Sanderstead during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £546,611. Detached properties sold for an average of £670,768, with flats fetching £289,184.
Sanderstead, with an overall average price of £549,580, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hamsey Green (£530,657), but was more expensive than South Croydon (£422,272) and Selsdon (£377,636).
Overall sold prices in Sanderstead over the last year were similar to the previous year and 18% up on the 2015 level of £464,790.
