The majority of sales in Sanderstead during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £531,999. Detached properties sold for an average of £710,543, with flats fetching £301,403.
Sanderstead, with an overall average price of £547,639, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hamsey Green (£532,774), but was more expensive than South Croydon (£410,427) and Selsdon (£378,501).
Overall sold prices in Sanderstead over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 35% up on the 2014 level of £404,679.
