Most of the sales in Sandymoor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £289,032. Flats had an average sold price of £131,250 and terraced properties averaged at £228,375.

Sandymoor, with an overall average price of £267,259, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Moore (£262,813), but was more expensive than Halton (£170,773) and cheaper than Daresbury (£388,750).

In the past year house prices in Sandymoor were 5% up on the year before and 21% up on 2006 when they averaged at £220,986.
