Scot Hay, with an overall average price of £167,750 was more expensive than nearby Newcastle Under Lyme (£151,536) and Silverdale (£125,666), but was cheaper than Keele (£210,742).
During the last year, sold prices in Scot Hay were 42% up on the previous year and 41% down on 2008 when the average house price was £282,500.
