The majority of sales in Seal during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £570,319. Detached properties sold for an average of £1,086,667, with semi-detached properties fetching £527,900.
Seal, with an overall average price of £693,603 was more expensive than nearby Sevenoaks (£635,478), Otford (£656,417) and Hildenborough (£513,623).
Overall sold prices in Seal over the last year were 35% up on the previous year and 13% down on the 2013 level of £795,322.
