Most of the sales in Send over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £603,362. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £512,235 and terraced properties averaged at £447,000.
Send, with an overall average price of £503,497, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ripley (£508,532), but was more expensive than Burpham (£456,020) and cheaper than Pyrford (£564,923).
In the past year house prices in Send were 16% down on the year before and similar to 2013 when they averaged at £501,273.
