The majority of sales in Sidcup during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £193,043. Terraced properties sold for an average of £286,301, with semi-detached properties fetching £371,669.
Sidcup, with an overall average price of £303,195, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Foots Cray (£295,599) and Blackfen (£302,852), but was more expensive than Albany Park (£285,539).
Overall sold prices in Sidcup over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 19% up on the 2012 level of £254,143.
