The majority of sales in Sidcup during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £189,752. Terraced properties sold for an average of £280,438, with semi-detached properties fetching £369,032.
Sidcup, with an overall average price of £294,885, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Albany Park (£288,617), Foots Cray (£288,201) and Blackfen (£300,935).
Overall sold prices in Sidcup over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2012 level of £254,143.
