The majority of sales in Sidcup during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £196,409. Terraced properties sold for an average of £301,581, with semi-detached properties fetching £379,127.
Sidcup, with an overall average price of £309,478, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Blackfen (£305,850), but was more expensive than Albany Park (£292,910) and Foots Cray (£291,107).
Overall sold prices in Sidcup over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 22% up on the 2012 level of £254,143.
