The majority of sales in Silverstone during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £402,622. Terraced properties sold for an average of £297,000, with semi-detached properties fetching £328,423.
Silverstone, with an overall average price of £347,376 was more expensive than nearby Towcester (£235,226), Potterspury (£326,261) and Yardley Gobion (£242,029).
Overall sold prices in Silverstone over the last year were 14% down on the previous year and 18% up on the 2008 level of £293,394.
