Last year most property sales in Slough involved flats which sold for on average £183,905. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £287,464, while semi-detached properties fetched £344,083.
Slough, with an overall average price of £279,921 was more expensive than nearby Wexham (£249,552) and Cippenham (£259,810), but was cheaper than Eton (£525,154).
During the last year, sold prices in Slough were 12% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2013 when the average house price was £234,417.
