Last year most property sales in Slough involved flats which sold for on average £175,556. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £253,639, while semi-detached properties fetched £316,364.
Slough, with an overall average price of £248,557, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wexham (£243,268), but was more expensive than Cippenham (£234,881) and cheaper than Eton (£540,282).
During the last year, sold prices in Slough were 5% up on the previous year and 10% up on 2012 when the average house price was £226,638.
