Most of the sales in Sneinton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £102,779. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £122,557 and detached properties averaged at £203,000.
Sneinton, with an overall average price of £109,754 was cheaper than nearby Bakersfield (£152,408), Lady Bay (£294,079) and Carlton (£148,091).
In the past year house prices in Sneinton were 21% up on the year before and 18% up on 2006 when they averaged at £92,660.
