Most of the sales in Sonning Common over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £559,054. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £366,833 and terraced properties averaged at £277,700.
Sonning Common, with an overall average price of £429,323, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woodcote (£430,317), but was more expensive than Nettlebed (£393,571) and cheaper than Henley-On-Thames (£501,838).
In the past year house prices in Sonning Common were 10% up on the year before and 13% up on 2010 when they averaged at £380,303.
