Sonning Common, with an overall average price of £447,883 was cheaper than nearby Henley-On-Thames (£595,296), Woodcote (£537,690) and Nettlebed (£786,962).
In the past year house prices in Sonning Common were 8% up on the year before and 20% up on 2013 when they averaged at £373,966.
