The majority of sales in South Bromley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £381,530. Terraced properties sold for an average of £793,961, with detached properties fetching £502,500.
South Bromley, with an overall average price of £423,391, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bow (£425,991) and Old Ford (£433,374), but was cheaper than Mile End (£499,282).
Overall sold prices in South Bromley over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2013 level of £309,162.
