The majority of sales in South Lambeth during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £706,002. Terraced properties sold for an average of £998,028, with semi-detached properties fetching £921,667.
South Lambeth, with an overall average price of £731,858, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Vauxhall (£757,339), but was more expensive than Stockwell (£577,533) and Oval (£553,024).
Overall sold prices in South Lambeth over the last year were similar to the previous year and 21% down on the 2014 level of £921,467.
