Last year most property sales in Southgate involved flats which sold for on average £376,365. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £772,211, while terraced properties fetched £623,140.
Southgate, with an overall average price of £600,480, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Oakwood (£613,979), but was more expensive than New Southgate (£541,243) and cheaper than Winchmore Hill (£1,114,278).
During the last year, sold prices in Southgate were 4% down on the previous year and 15% up on 2015 when the average house price was £523,642.
