Most of the sales in Speldhurst over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £733,125. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £544,250 and terraced properties averaged at £350,000.
Speldhurst, with an overall average price of £587,625 was more expensive than nearby Southborough (£433,917), but was cheaper than Langton Green (£745,680) and Penshurst (£865,715).
In the past year house prices in Speldhurst were 18% down on the year before and 8% down on 2014 when they averaged at £635,389.
