Last year most property sales in Spennymoor involved detached properties which sold for on average £190,110. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £88,241, while semi-detached properties fetched £98,749.
Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £127,626, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Coxhoe (£129,763), but was more expensive than Ferryhill (£75,036) and Bishop Auckland (£100,094).
