Most of the sales in St. Asaph over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £235,474. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £177,599 and terraced properties averaged at £152,845.
St. Asaph, with an overall average price of £202,508 was more expensive than nearby Trefnant (£190,775) and Cefn (£132,500), but was cheaper than Tremeirchion (£266,500).
In the past year house prices in St. Asaph were 7% up on the year before and 9% up on 2009 when they averaged at £186,396.
