Most of the sales in St. Asaph over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £205,123. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £171,525 and terraced properties averaged at £137,079.
St. Asaph, with an overall average price of £178,417 was more expensive than nearby Rhuddlan (£167,152), but was cheaper than Trefnant (£197,116) and Tremeirchion (£330,000).
In the past year house prices in St. Asaph were 5% up on the year before and 5% down on 2010 when they averaged at £187,961.
