Most of the sales in St. Asaph over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £206,564. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £161,766 and terraced properties averaged at £119,658.
St. Asaph, with an overall average price of £177,073 was more expensive than nearby Trefnant (£160,663) and Cefn (£79,000), but was cheaper than Tremeirchion (£243,167).
In the past year house prices in St. Asaph were 8% up on the year before and 6% down on 2010 when they averaged at £187,961.
