St. Julians, with an overall average price of £140,464 was more expensive than nearby Maindee (£112,747), but was cheaper than Beechwood (£167,283) and Christchurch (£183,432).
Overall sold prices in St. Julians over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £141,324.
