Last year most property sales in Stanford-Le-Hope involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £307,917. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £259,871, while detached properties fetched £424,835.
Stanford-Le-Hope, with an overall average price of £300,966 was more expensive than nearby Corringham (£285,022), but was cheaper than Fobbing (£414,350) and Horndon-On-The-Hill (£416,563).
During the last year, sold prices in Stanford-Le-Hope were 19% up on the previous year and 40% up on 2014 when the average house price was £214,866.
