Last year most property sales in Stoke Bishop involved flats which sold for on average £319,911. Detached properties sold for an average price of £914,170, while semi-detached properties fetched £626,452.
Stoke Bishop, with an overall average price of £601,058, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sneyd Park (£615,963), but was more expensive than Sea Mills (£311,486) and Coombe Dingle (£358,153).
During the last year, sold prices in Stoke Bishop were 14% up on the previous year and 34% up on 2012 when the average house price was £447,757.
