The majority of sales in Stoke-Sub-Hamdon during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £197,214. Detached properties sold for an average of £437,884, with semi-detached properties fetching £197,688.
Stoke-Sub-Hamdon, with an overall average price of £269,307, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Petherton (£270,200), but was more expensive than Montacute (£238,179) and Martock (£187,363).
Overall sold prices in Stoke-Sub-Hamdon over the last year were 27% up on the previous year and 4% down on the 2007 level of £281,498.
