The majority of sales in Sutton Valence during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £273,140. Detached properties sold for an average of £476,747, with semi-detached properties fetching £320,213.
Sutton Valence, with an overall average price of £352,288, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Boughton Monchelsea (£341,781), but was cheaper than Leeds (£460,100) and Headcorn (£400,033).
Overall sold prices in Sutton Valence over the last year were similar to the previous year and 27% down on the 2014 level of £480,000.
