The majority of sales in Syston during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £170,143. Terraced properties sold for an average of £138,224, with detached properties fetching £253,422.
Syston, with an overall average price of £179,430 was more expensive than nearby Thurmaston (£153,030), but was cheaper than Queniborough (£241,264) and Cossington (£364,695).
