The majority of sales in Syston during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £301,004. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £179,087, with terraced properties fetching £166,257.
Syston, with an overall average price of £222,284 was more expensive than nearby Thurmaston (£165,107), but was cheaper than Queniborough (£289,275) and Cossington (£334,421).
Overall sold prices in Syston over the last year were 16% up on the previous year and 24% up on the 2014 level of £178,977.
