The majority of sales in Syston during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £177,165. Terraced properties sold for an average of £140,024, with detached properties fetching £266,783.
Syston, with an overall average price of £182,693 was more expensive than nearby Thurmaston (£147,757), but was cheaper than Queniborough (£235,197) and Cossington (£314,556).
