The majority of sales in Tanyfron during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £123,968. Detached properties sold for an average of £185,994, with flats fetching £104,667.
Tanyfron, with an overall average price of £137,410, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brymbo (£139,600), but was more expensive than Southsea (£96,273) and cheaper than Pentre Broughton (£164,655).
Overall sold prices in Tanyfron over the last year were 10% down on the previous year and 17% down on the 2007 level of £166,251.
