The majority of sales in Tanyfron during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £121,409. Detached properties sold for an average of £188,900, with semi-detached properties fetching £115,400.
Tanyfron, with an overall average price of £143,343, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brymbo (£140,968), but was more expensive than Southsea (£99,292) and cheaper than Pentre Broughton (£150,811).
Overall sold prices in Tanyfron over the last year were similar to the previous year and 14% down on the 2007 level of £166,251.
