Last year most property sales in Tarporley involved detached properties which sold for on average £496,054. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £277,753, while terraced properties fetched £227,440.
Tarporley, with an overall average price of £364,797 was more expensive than nearby Kelsall (£320,240), but was cheaper than Bunbury (£510,166) and Delamere (£414,600).
During the last year, sold prices in Tarporley were similar to the previous year and similar to 2012 when the average house price was £373,008.
