Last year most property sales in Tarporley involved detached properties which sold for on average £486,704. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £276,147, while terraced properties fetched £210,382.
Tarporley, with an overall average price of £383,389, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Delamere (£394,030), but was more expensive than Kelsall (£347,287) and cheaper than Bunbury (£447,634).
During the last year, sold prices in Tarporley were 9% up on the previous year and 3% up on 2012 when the average house price was £373,008.
