Last year most property sales in Temple Fortune involved flats which sold for on average £545,050. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £1,299,032, while terraced properties fetched £986,257.
Temple Fortune, with an overall average price of £1,026,614 was more expensive than nearby Golders Green (£971,935) and Brent Cross (£778,517), but was cheaper than Hampstead Garden Suburb (£1,137,749).
During the last year, sold prices in Temple Fortune were 10% down on the previous year and 7% down on 2014 when the average house price was £1,098,680.
