Thorpe-On-The-Hill, with an overall average price of £211,341, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Hykeham (£201,360), but was more expensive than Lincoln (£175,400) and Witham St. Hughs (£187,602).
Overall sold prices in Thorpe-On-The-Hill over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 32% down on the 2015 level of £312,125.
There were only a small number of properties sold in the last 2 years, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
