Thurning, with an overall average price of £320,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Polebrook (£334,000), but was more expensive than Molesworth (£264,250) and Glatton (£248,799).
Overall sold prices in Thurning over the last year were 64% down on the previous year and 34% down on the 2012 level of £487,500.
