Timberland Fen, with an overall average price of £190,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Metheringham (£191,355), but was more expensive than Billinghay (£155,409) and cheaper than Woodhall Spa (£235,969).
Overall sold prices in Timberland Fen over the last year were 100% up on the previous year and 68% down on the 2011 level of £585,120.
