Trevone, with an overall average price of £635,300 was more expensive than nearby Padstow (£424,364) and St. Merryn (£238,722), but was cheaper than Constantine Bay (£744,468).
During the last year, sold prices in Trevone were 49% up on the previous year and similar to 2010 when the average house price was £631,100.
