Last year most property sales in Trevone involved detached properties which sold for on average £525,944. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £650,000, while semi-detached properties fetched £555,000.
Trevone, with an overall average price of £525,500 was more expensive than nearby Padstow (£405,993) and St. Merryn (£321,500), but was cheaper than Constantine Bay (£915,857).
During the last year, sold prices in Trevone were 18% down on the previous year and 17% down on 2010 when the average house price was £631,100.
There were only 12 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
