Last year most property sales in Trimley St. Martin involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £222,135. Detached properties sold for an average price of £309,355, while terraced properties fetched £170,375.
Trimley St. Martin, with an overall average price of £233,372 was more expensive than nearby Shotley (£210,612), but was cheaper than Kirton (£296,297) and Felixstowe (£250,557).
During the last year, sold prices in Trimley St. Martin were 8% up on the previous year and 21% up on 2014 when the average house price was £192,835.
