Last year most property sales in Trumpington involved terraced properties which sold for on average £593,805. Flats sold for an average price of £390,367, while detached properties fetched £1,043,622.
Trumpington, with an overall average price of £587,724 was more expensive than nearby Grantchester (£528,125) and Cambridge (£473,457), but was cheaper than Great Shelford (£645,002).
During the last year, sold prices in Trumpington were 4% down on the previous year and 21% up on 2014 when the average house price was £484,969.
